I stayed at this top notch hotel and felt pampered. My premium king room had modern decor and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast had excellent variety. The lounge is a standout! The spa is first rate and features jacuzzis. It was really easy to unwind after a busy day.

I found that the hotel architecture shows some age. It was not a major issue, though something to be aware of.

the staff are helpful and friendly. i was really grateful for radu, he gave us great recommendations. the beds was very comfortable and the english bar staff were cute to me. i appreciate the wonderful holiday.

the billing process i feel is a total joke. i was quoted one amount and at check-out they asked for much higher payments. it eventually spoiled the trip, and i wont be visit this hotel again. i am not recommend.

i found the service from all staff really good. the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the business lounge staff, specifically caitulin and his colleague, were very attentive. high quality rooms and decor enhanced my experience. the wellness facilities include a sauna and a jacuzzi.
